Account Manager

Key Responsibilities of this Position:

  • Negotiate and close complex deals for IT Solution .
  • Setting appointments with viable prospects.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations.
  • Networking within the business community.
  • Participate in business development events that relate to consulting and permanent job orders.
  • Direct follow-up and manage on-going follow up with prospects./li>
  • Prepare for sales calls, including coordination of the team selling effort

Requirements :

  • Male or Female
  • 1 or more years experience in IT Enterprise solutions.
  • The candidates should have a bachelor degree from reputable University in any discipline.
  • Have 1 years experience in selling IT products and services or application/solution to corporate customers with proven track record of achieving his/her sales and customer satisfaction targets..

  • Experience and/or expert knowledge of the marketplace in Indonesia.
  • Have a good knowledge and experience in one of this sector: Banking, Government/Public Sector, Telecommunication, Energy or Oil & Gas Industry
  • He/she should also have an extensive knowledge in hardware and software in any platform
  • Exceptional written and verbal english communication  skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude: self-motivated, self-directed.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota.

Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities of this Position:

  • Provide insight and best-practice information on technical matters of product and solutions including: Product and solution capabilities, Comparative advantage of the product and solution, The alignment / interchangeability of the product and solution, and Integration of the product and solution.
  • Provide technical advice and recommendation to support the development of technical proposal.
  • Recommend the strategy of the technical presentation and pre-sales.
  • Support the technical presentation and pre-sales.
  • Provide and find the answers to the prospective clients’ questions on technical aspects of the products and services.
  • Suggest the comparative advantages of Multipolar products and solutions. 

Requirements:

  • Male or Female
  • The candidates should have a bachelor degree from reputable University in Information Technology discipline.
  • Have working experience min. 2 years as presales in IT solutions and Professional services.
  • Have industry knowledge in Banks or Telco or Cross industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal english communication skills.

 

Telemarketing

Key Responsibilities of this Position:

  • Direct/Indirect Selling of IT products & services via making outbound calls
  • Responsible for handling large corporate accounts
  • Develop & maintain good business relationship with assigned customers & Vendor
  • To make calls to customer at all time during scheduled call period
  • To ensure timely distribution and accurate quotations, qualify opportunity and follow-up to close deals
  • To qualify & identify opportunities and follow-up on potential deals
  • Responsible for weekly update of the outlook plan, sales funnel, call plan.
  • Enhance positive customer experience & customer satisfaction through timely response to customers' enquiry
  • Work closely with Field Account Manager & Vendor to develop & identify new opportunities & to maintain / support existing large corporate customers

Requirements:

  • Female
  • The candidates should have a bachelor degree from reputable University in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have direct/indirect sales experience to an end-user customer base & channel, with demonstrated account & channel management experience as part of previous experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal english communication skills.
  • Strong business, financial & technical acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and a team player employee

 

Administration Staff :

Key Responsibilities of this Position:

  • Responsible for purchasing administrative functions
  • Administrative duties such as proper documentation arrangement, record, courier service arrangement & filling
  • Responsible for basic accounting and human resource administrative works
  • Perform office clerical duties

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SMA, any field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal english communication skills.
  • Computer literate i.e Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Possess good communication and pleasant interpersonal skills plus ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
